Welcome to Muckross House B&B, a charming Bed and Breakfast situated close to Dublin city centre.

Muckross House is a perfect base from which to explore the attractions of Dublin city and is close to Dublin Airport , Dublin Port and all the major hospitals.

We are very close to the Dublin city centre and also to the main transport routes in and out of the city. We are close to the Dublin city ferry terminal and the Connelly  railway and Busaras bus station. This makes travel to and from Muckross House very easy for our visitors.

Muckross House is a family run Bed & Breakfast and is set in a period red brick building, built in 1898 and retains many of it's original features.

Outside our door is regarded 'the best tow path stretch of the Royal canal'. This unique waterway was first built back in 1790 and is being restored today.
Nearby to Muckross House are the National Botanic Gardens. This is a beautiful National asset, founded by the Royal Dublin Society in 1795 and an ideal way to spend a relaxing morning after a night in the city.

We are within a short walk of Croke Park, the home of Irish Gaelic Games GAA. Located here is a new museum of Gaelic Games.
All of the main museums and art galleries of the city are located just a short bus journey away from our door.
